The scope is written into the quote before any work starts, and that is what we build. If what you get does not match it, putting that right is our job, not a new line on an invoice.
How much will my site cost?
It depends on what the site has to do, so every site is quoted on its own. Tell us what you need and we email you one fixed number. The price you agree is the price you pay, and no call is needed.
When will my site be live?
You get an exact date when the scope is fixed at step two, before any work starts. Have a deadline? Pick it in the form, or add it in the notes at the end.
What does the quote include?
Design, build, copy direction, and getting it live: everything the agreed scope names. Anything outside it is quoted separately and agreed before it starts, never added at the end.
What if I need changes after launch?
Anything that does not match the scope we agreed is ours to fix. A change you want on top of it is quoted the same way as the build: one number, agreed before the work starts.
Do you handle hosting and the domain?
We can set both up for you, or work with what you already have. Either way the accounts are in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere whenever you like.
